Nice, hardy breakfast sandwich that will keep your tummy full until lunchtime. You can use any type of bread you want for this quick and easy breakfast.


  • 1 egg
  • 3 strips bacon
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 3 avocado slices
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 whole wheat bun toasted


Step 1

Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Drain and set bacon aside when finished. Save some bacon grease in pan so you can fry your egg in it.

Step 2

Crack egg in pan and cook to desired firmness.

Step 3

Add bacon, egg, avocado and tomato to bread and enjoy!
