Healthy Turkey Patties With Spinach and Onion

This healthy turkey patty recipe has been modified from a recipe I saw in Bon Appetit magazine. You can play with the ingredients by adding more spinach, or even adding feta cheese to the mix. These patties taste great when you dip them in Greek yogurt and boursin dip. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 4 green onions, sliced thin
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, blend turkey with spinach, green onions, egg, cumin and salt. Shape into 4-6 patties.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through. Serve with Greek yogurt and boursin dip or on a bun.
