Banana Bread

This banana bread recipe is easy to make and there’s no need for a mixer! You can make banana muffins too. Enjoy this moist and delicious bread.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 mashed ripe bananas
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional, this is for the top of the bread)
- 2 tsp. chia seeds (optional)
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease bread pans. Mix sugar, bananas, oil, and eggs together.
Step 2
In separate bowl combine the flour and rest of ingredients.
Step 3
Slowly stir the flour and the rest of the ingredients into the bowl with the sugar, bananas, oil and eggs.
Step 4
Put in pan and bake for 30-40 minutes. Enjoy! Add walnuts to the top of the bread if you like.
