A simple and quick way to fry zucchini. Parmesan cheese adds lots of flavor to this recipe.
- 2 zucchini sliced thin
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- olive oil for frying
In a bowl, combine the flour, salt and cheese. Mix well.
Dip each zucchini slice into the milk. Next, dip the zucchini into the flour, salt and cheese mixture (make sure front and back of zucchini is coated with this).
Coat a nonstick pan with olive oil and heat on medium. When oil is hot add the zucchini and flip them so they brown evenly. Add salt to taste and serve hot.
