Need a healthy side dish? This asparagus recipe is simple and delicious. All you need is a bunch of asparagus, salt and olive oil.
- 1 bunch asparagus (cut off the ends)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and salt.
Spread them out and then roast for 15 minutes (at the 10 minute mark, check the asparagus and stir with tongs). Once the tips start to get crispy they are ready.
